Kim Gill

Kim Gill PictureKim Gill has been in the real estate business for over 25 years. Kim began his real estate career working for the then Dallas firm Hudson & Hudson. In 1984, he joined Delco Development, a residential development company based in Vancouver, as its Texas Partner. From 1984-1988, Kim developed over 2,000 residential lots with Delco. In 1989, Kim founded his own development company and has since developed over 3,000 residential lots. In 1996, Kim was the Tarrant County Association developer of The Kaleidoscope of Homes. In 2005, Kim and Steve Patterson formed Chisholm Development to develop the land they owned together and to invest in various real estate ventures. At Chisholm, Kim is responsible for the oversight of all aspects of land development.

Steve Patterson
Partner

 

Steve PattersonSteve Patterson has been in the real estate business for over 25 years. Steve began his real estate career in 1982. In 1985, he founded his first commercial brokerage firm, which has evolved through the years to include development and investment. In 1995, Steve was elected to the North Texas Land Council, a 50-member group of real estate professionals dedicated to selling raw land. Steve also served on the Central City Redevelopment Committee for the City of Fort Worth and is a past Board Member of the Society of Commercial Realtors. In 2005, Steve and Kim Gill formed Chisholm Development to develop the land they owned together and to invest in various real estate ventures. At Chisholm, Steve is responsible for land acquisitions and lot sales. Steve graduated from Texas Christian University in 1974.

Nick Heim
Vice President


Nick Heim Nick Heim joined Chisholm in 2006 after working in the investment banking field. Prior to joining Chisholm, he was employed in the mergers and acquisitions department at Daiwa Securities in New York, and at Howard Frazier Barker Elliott, a boutique investment bank in Houston, where he worked on merger and acquisition transactions and business valuation projects. While at Howard Frazier, he also participated in the firm’s real estate group which provided advisory services and arranged private placements for real estate operating and development companies. At Chisholm, Nick is responsible for the financial analysis of the firm’s investments and the management of the company’s development projects. Nick received a B.B.A. from Texas Christian University and an M.B.A., summa cum laude, from the University of Houston.
